Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Stone Surgical Arts PLLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy.

01

Information we collect

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to share, for example when you:

This may include your name, email address, phone number, the treatments you are interested in, your preferred appointment times, and anything else you tell us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the page that referred you. We use it to keep the Site running, secure and fast.

Call tracking

The phone number shown on the Site may be a tracking number, provided by our communications platform LeadConnector, that forwards to our office. It lets us see which pages and sources lead to calls. To show you the same number throughout your visit, the platform stores an identifier in your browser and records the pages you view, the page that referred you and any campaign details in the link you followed. When you call, it logs the number you called from and the time and length of the call.

Health information and photographs

If you describe a concern or send photographs of your face, neck or skin, we treat that information with the same care as any patient record. Please do not send a detailed medical history through the website form, text message or ordinary email. A full history is taken at your visit, and for anything sensitive you can call us on (817) 631-4619.

02

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send health, financial or other sensitive information by text.

04

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the practice and look after you, with:

If the practice is ever sold, merged or restructured, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, as the law allows.

05

Third-party services

Some parts of the Site are provided by other companies. Some of them process information on our behalf. For others, you use their service directly and their privacy policy applies:

We encourage you to read their policies before you share information with them.

06

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. The Site, and the services it uses, may store cookies or similar browser storage for these purposes:

The Site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. The first time you visit, a banner asks for your choice. You can change it at any time with the Cookie Preferences link at the foot of every page, or through your browser settings. If we add tools that use cookies for other purposes, we will update this policy first.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you further rights. To use any of them, contact us using the details in section 13. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for asking.

Your medical record is governed by HIPAA and Texas law, which may limit what can be deleted or changed.

08

How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information over the internet, by text or by email is completely secure, so please keep confidential health details out of website forms, text messages and ordinary email.

09

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, to meet our legal and professional obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. Text-message consent records are kept for as long as consumer protection and telecommunications law requires. Medical records are kept as Texas law requires.
